Lancaster is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Lancaster is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Hands down best chocolate chip cookie I ever had! The illusion pastries were beautiful and absolutely delicious! The macarons are also probably the best Iโve had! 100/10 recommend this place! I canโt wait to try the raspberry pastry and the croissants!

David Chambeau, the Parisian pastry chef, creates authentic French desserts, croissants & pain au chocolat. He uses French butter and chocolate which distinguishes his pastries from other local offerings. Iโm transported to France every time. Their pop-up is open Friday-Sunday during mall hours. They may be open Thursdays during summer, but first check their Facebook page.

For laminated dough in all its forms this is most definitely a top tier stand to visit. The pastries are very fresh, theyโre some of the better if not best made in this local area. This is a small team of husband and wife, love chatting with her when we visit! There are macarons and other pastry items in the cold case look good but Iโve never personally tried them but theyโre more classic style and look to be done well.

We made a special trip to the mall just to try out Lancasterโs newest French pastry source and we are so glad we did! Delicate, perfectly formed, well balanced, and delightful to see and to eat!! We absolutely will return for more!

JC Penny Wing. Kiosk located directly off the center of the Park City Mall. โHeritage Paris Patisserie" refers to the Lancaster, PA-based business owned by David Chambeau, a Paris native who offers a kiosk at Park City Center with traditional French pastries, cookies, macaronsโ as per Lancaster Online Article. We stopped late in the afternoon and sought out some of the pastries. The caramel chocolate confections are delicious as well as the hazelnut cookies. I look forward to sampling additional goodieโs from Chef David who was a pleasure to meet.
